Experience Design (XD) is the act of imagining, defining and modeling the interactions people have with products, technologies, services & brands.
As an XD leader, I help people understand and embrace something called Human-Centered Design (HCD) as a way to remain competitive, save costs/time, increase revenue and invest in the right innovations
As an XD leader, I've mentored and guided practitioners, defined/operationalized HCD processes, and built teams from the ground up.
I am currently the Head of Best Buy's Strategic Experience Design team as well as the founder of XD GO a new XD consultancy. specializing in human-centered innovation, transformation, and iteration.
