Flashtract is a construction payments software company that helps general contractors and subcontractors streamline billing, compliance, and payment processes. In 2023, Flashtract was acquired by Extracker.
Led the launch of Flashtract’s internal Product Experience Design (Product XD) team as Fractional Head of Design, supporting a startup mission to eliminate manual billing and payment in U.S. construction.
Filled immediate product design gaps while mentoring existing designers and improving cross-functional collaboration across the product lifecycle.
Developed and socialized a scalable Product XD capability vision, including team structure, scope, mission, and growth trajectory.
Recruited and helped onboard the company’s first full-time Director of Product Experience Design, ensuring continuity and long-term team success.
