Experience Design (XD) is the act of imagining, defining & modeling the interactions people have with products, technologies, services & brands.


As an XD leader, I help people understand and embrace something called Human-Centered Design (HCD) as a way to remain competitive, save costs/time, increase revenue and invest in the right innovations


As an XD leader, I've mentored and guided practitioners, defined/operationalized HCD processes, and built teams from the ground up.

I am currently the Founder and Principal Consultant of XDGO!  a new XD consultancy. We help organizations, teams & individuals build Experience Design capabilities.


Prior to Starting XDGO!, I... ​

  • ...was the Head of Strategic Experience Design for Best Buy where I developed and led a new capability that helps Best Buy envision cross-channel solutions customers will need, want & expect in the future.

  • ..was the Director of Digital Experience Design for RBA, Inc where I built & led RBA's Experience Design (XD) capability encompassing Design Research, UX Strategy, Interaction Design & Visual Design

  • ..was the UX Practice Lead for Life Time Fitness where I built, led & managed Life Time's first User Experience team​.
